You will learn simple foot and hand reflexology techniques to help ward off colds, flu, sore throats to help prevent the onset of more chronic infections.
It will be an informative day for those interested in gaining knowledge to help themselves, family and friends raise their level of wellness. We will be practicing on each other and you will need to bring a cushion and a mat or blanket to lie if you prefer to receive treatment lying down.
