Self-care Chat for Challenging Times with Q&A FREE event

Hope you are doing well despite us having to go into lockdown again. If you are or you know someone who is struggling due to the current situation you may be interested in this event . We are going to discuss how we looked after ourselves during the first lockdown and share tips with you. To stay calm and well we supported ourselves with eg herbal remedies, nutrition, breathwork, healing, relaxation/mindfulness , ecotherapy, yoga, and stress reduction.

Jenny Mutlu-Collins is a Reiki Master Teacher and Wellbeing Trainer whose innovative programmes include Reiki for Work and Life and Body Wisdom. She specialises in finding ways to integrate relaxation, mindfulness and clarity into everyday life where people need it most, so that they can find their true balance and flow.
Yasemin Bhairavi A. is a yoga teacher, an ecotherapist and carries on her studies on psychology, mainly emotional anatomy and therapy works. She runs regular online yoga classes and wellbeing workshops to help with reducing stress, supporting physical and mental wellness, empowering individuals for developing compassionate self practice and self healing.

Chrissy Gray has been working in Cambridge, since 1993 as a Herbalist, Naturopathic Iridologist, Nutritonal Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master.
She has helped many people reach levels of increased health and well-being, making it easier for them to be vibrant, energetic and lead more fulfilling lives. She feels it is her mission to share her knowledge of natural healing with as many people as possible.
